How to get to the account settings:
- Click on your initials in the right upper corner
- A menu will display
- Click on account settings

- Enable candidate PDF download
On the candidate detail page, there is a button that generates a PDF report of the results of the candidate. Due to privacy rule handling, you may choose to make this option unavailable by turning the toggle off.
- Enable contract status
When you activate the toggle, the contract status is enabled, the extra status called "Contract" is added. Changing the candidate’s status to contract will show an email pop-up where you can add your email text and the contract as an attachment. This e-mail also automatically has a link to the page where the candidates can upload it. This link will only be valid for one day. When the signed contract is uploaded by the candidate, it will be added to the candidate detail page.
- Enable access to closed vacancies
When the access to a closed vacancy is off, no one can log in or register for that vacancy. But when the toggle is on and the access is enabled, candidates that have already been registered are able to log in. They can log in to complete their application or to see their results. New candidates are unable to register.
- Google Analytics
By enabling Google Analytics tracking and entering your Google Analytics ID you can track visitor interactions. This will give you more detailed information about the platform usage. Instructions on how to find your Google Analytics ID you can find here.
