How to change the status of a candidate
Option 1 – On the candidate detail page
- Go to the candidate detail page
- On the top of the page, you can see the different statuses
- The status marked in color is the current status of the candidate
- Click on the status you want to change it to
- If applicable an email pop up will show
- Adjust the email if needed or choose to not send an email
- Click confirm
Option 2 – On the candidate overview page
- Go to the candidate overview page
- Hover your mouse over the icons in the candidate lane (the 3 profile icons on the right side of the lane)
- Choose the icon that fits the status you want to move the candidate to
- Confirm your action (Note: you will not be asked if you want to send an e-mail, the email will be sent automatically.)
How to change candidate status in bulk
- Go to the candidate overview page
- Select the candidates you want to change the status in bulk
- Click on the icon that fits the status above the list
- Confirm your action (Note: you will not be asked if you want to send an e-mail, the email will be send automatically.)
How to sort candidates in the candidate overview page per status
- Go to the candidate overview page
- On the left side of the page you see the different statuses a candidate can have
- When there are candidates in that certain status, you can click on it and see only the candidates in that status.
How to search for a candidate:
You can search for a candidate per vacancy.
- Go to the candidate overview page
- In the left top, there is a search bar
- Fill in the first/last name of the candidate or the email address
- Click on search
- Now it will show all results on that name or email address, if you do not see the candidates make sure that filters are turned off such as status or vacancy filter
How to make a export of the candidates data
- Go to the Insights tab
- Click on dashboard Candidate Export
- Apply the right filters
- Download the data
How to delete a candidate
Note: the candidate’s data can not be restored
If you don’t see the trash can, you are not authorized to delete candidates.
For this you must reach out to support@harver.com and request a data deletion.
How to create a PDF of the candidate results
- Go to the candidate detail page of the candidate
- Click on the PDF report button in the upper right corner
- The PDF report will be downloaded
