Harver helps companies evaluate applicants on key competencies important for the job. Harver’s Situational Judgement Test (SJT) is an assessment designed to not only test how you would respond to different situations on the job, but also provides a realistic preview of the job. Throughout the assessment you are faced with different situations with multiple options of how to respond to these situations and asked to identify the best and worst way to respond. All situations are related to the job and challenge key behaviors and characteristics related to success in the role and helps companies better understand how effectively you would deal with these situations. 

Each assessment you go through have been found to help measure key aspects important to the job. It’s important to note that your assessment results will be reviewed in combination with multiple sources of information submitted in your application, and serves as only one data point to help companies better understand your potential fit for the job.

The results from the Situational Judgment Test are shown as an absolute score based on the percentage of correct answers achieved on a scale from 0-100%.
