Supported Browsers for Video Interview

Harver’s Video Interview works best on up-to-date versions of modern browsers. Please make sure your browser is fully updated before starting.

 

Using a Desktop or Laptop

Supported, recommended browsers:

  • Google Chrome (version 72 or higher, recommended latest version) 
  • Mozilla Firefox (version 68 or higher, recommended latest version) 
  • Safari (version 14 or higher, recommended latest version) 
  • Edge (version 79 or higher, recommended latest version) 

Note: Edge Legacy and Internet Explorer are unsupported. Safari output device selection unsupported

 

Using a Mobile Device or Tablet

Android

Supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome (same support as desktop) 
  • Mozilla Firefox (same support as desktop)

Note: For the best experience (for example background usage or Bluetooth support), we recommend using a native app where available.

 

iPhone or iPad (iOS)

Supported, recommended browsers:

  • Safari (version 14.3 or higher, recommended latest version) 
  • Google Chrome (recommended latest version)
  • Mozilla Firefox (recommended latest version)
  • Microsoft Edge (recommended latest version)

Note: All iOS browsers use the same underlying engine as Safari, so performance and support are similar.
